August 1, 2003: After this time there will be an increment of 15% on the fee
BEGINNING
OF JULY 2003: Information to authors about the presentation of the
papers as oral or poster communication and respective inclusion
in the Conference proceedings.
PAST DEADLINES:
January 15, 2003: Submission of abstracts.Pre-Inscription
Considering the numerous abstracts received in the last few days and the number of people who have found
out about the Conference only recently, deadline for submission of abstracts
has been extended to:
February 10, 2003The other dates remain the same.

31, 2003: Notification of acceptance, after screening by the
Scientific Committee. Mailing of instructions
for authors.
May 1,
2003: Final manuscript received and sent for review by the
Scientific Committee. For each presented manuscript, a definitive Application Form (available in the
web page)must be sent to the Secretary of the Conference. The same person can't guarantee more than
one manuscript with his inscription.
As many authors have pleaded for more time to finish their text, the Organizing Committee has decided to extend the deadline for
submission of
full papers by:
19th of May, 2003The other dates remain the same.
