Acceptance of papers

The Organizing Committee will only send to Scientific Committee for review papers which include Papers Presentation Bulletin and Definitive Registration Form (both available in the web page) of, at least, one of the authors. Payment of the registration fee must be done before 21 July 2003.
Scientific Committee will do a selection of the accepted papers to be published in a special edition of an international magazine.

The authors of papers or posters must send two different files by e-mail: one with the Abstract (limited to two pages or 800 words), including tables and figures, in order to be published on paper, and other with the full text of the paper, in order to be included in the CD-ROM of Proceedings. In case there are papers with lots of figures or tables, that make it difficult to send by e-mail, it is strongly recommended to send them in a diskette or CD.
Authors who make a poster presentation must take it with them during the Conference.

              Conference Papers

At the beginning, all the participants will receive the Proceedings of the Conference, including:

i) a publication on paper, with the abstracts and conclusions of all the papers accepted by the Scientific Committee, including both oral presentations and posters, if at least one of the authors has registered before deadline to edit the paper.

ii) A CD-ROM with all the full papers selected.
