PARTICIPATION FEES

Registration in the Conference (VAT included)

Only the participants who have paid the registration fees, which are detailed below, will be registered in the Conference. It gives the participants the rights specify in the next point:

(1) A reduced fee (260 €) is foreseen for East Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America countries.
((2) Limited to 20 people, only for students who prove that they are registered in Universities, as students in specialized fields directly related to the Conference topics. These students must be admitted by the Organizing Committee.
(3) The price includes all the social events (welcome ceremony, tourist trips, closing dinner, technical tour…).

The participants who want their papers to be accepted by the Scientific Committee and included in the Proceedings of the Conference, must sent the Definitive Registration Form of, at least, one of the authors just when they send the full paper, and must pay the fees before 21 July 2003. The same person can’t guarantee with his registration more than one paper.

OF PARTICIPANT AND THEIR RIGHTS

The condition of participant is achieved only by paying the registration fee. It gives the participants the right to:

  • Assist to the Opening ceremony, take part in the debates in Technical Sessions, invited conferences,... and to take part in the Technical Tour after the Conference and in the closing dinner.
  • Appear on the list of participants in the Conference and get an Attendance Certificate.
  • Present a written paper to be published in the Conference proceedings or a poster to be shown while the Conference. Authors must follow the guidelines with the instructions for papers, available on the Web page.
  • Receive a folder with the proceedings and other documents about the Conference, and also a collection including comercial information about Organizations and Collaborator and Sponsoring companies. However, this documents will not be ensured for people whose definite registration has not reach the Secretary of the Conference before the deadlines. This fact does not give any right to get a refund of the fees.

CONFERENCE SECRETARY´S OFFICE

It will be located at the Conference seat "Centro Cultural de la Asunción", Callejón de las Monjas, Albacete, during the 3rd and the 4th, September.
